Men's & Women's pre-season training is currently running twice a week:
Wednesday evenings (fitness only) 7:30pm @ the top corner of Princes Park (cnr Royal Pde & Park St)
Saturday mornings (fitness & skills work) 8:30am @ the Uni pitch
Anyone and everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend, regardless of what grade you played last seaon, or are looking to play this year.
