Pre-season training

Pre-season training runs throughout February. All levels of fitness and playing ability are welcome!

Meet at the Uni hockey pitch.

Men's training

  • Wednesday evenings from 7pm (stick & fitness)
  • Saturday mornings from 9am (stick & fitness)

Ladies training

  • Tuesday evenings from 7pm (fitness only, no stick work)
  • Saturday mornings from 9:30am (stick & fitness)

Regular training times commence from March. These details will be published soon on the Training Times page.
